Website Use
You must be at least 18 years old to submit forms or make bookings. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
Bookings and Services
All bookings (whether for classes or consultations) are subject to availability and may be governed by additional terms provided at the time of booking.
User Submissions
By submitting information via our lead form or email, you grant us the right to process and respond to your enquiry. You agree your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design on the website are owned by Re-Coop Studios and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be made in advance through our app or website. You can cancel a class with no charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your credit allowance. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
Class Expiry & Rollovers
Monthly sessions do not roll over into the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise in promotional offers. Unused classes expire at the end of each billing period.
Freezes & Cancellations
Standard Memberships can be paused once every 6 months for up to 1 month with at least 7 days’ notice via email. This is at Re-Coop’s discretion, but we understand that certain unfortunate events can arise and will always aim to be fair. To pause your membership please email info@re-coopstudios.com. (Black Friday Memberships are not eligible for pausing). To cancel your membership, you must give at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date. Please email info@re-coopstudios.com to action this. No refunds will be given for partially used billing periods.
